Get to Know Missy

Missy Sanders is well known for her caring heart, patience, and professionalism. Missy graduated from Roane State Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. After 15 years in the title and escrow industry, she felt the need to assist in the growth of the Sanders name in the real estate community.


Get to Know Blythe

Blythe "Trey" Sanders attended David Lipscomb University and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology. After college, he moved back to Nashville, Tennessee where he continued his career in the real estate field. After successfully operating two title and escrow companies he felt that it was time create a new chapter in his life.

Meet the Principal Broker

Stephenson Realty and Auction was started by William “Bear” Stephenson in August of 1982 in Clinton, TN as a real estate company and after graduating from the Nashville Auction School in 1983 the auction division was added. Then in 1986 Bear attended the Certified Auctioneers Institute at the University of Indiana where over the next several years he received such designations as (AARE) Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate as well as (CES) Certified Estate Specialist. He served as president of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association in 1992-1993 along with being a member of the National Auctioneers Association. In May of 1993 he moved his offices into its current location at 210 Charles Seivers Blvd in Clinton, TN.

Let Our Family Work With Your Family

We are blessed with an active family with two young adults. Our daughter graduated of the Tennessee Wesleyan with a Master of Occupational Therapy. Our son served as Combat Medic with the United States Army. After serving he is now focusing his efforts in the construction field. 

Our family also includes three loving dogs, two of which are rescues from the area. We are active in the local communities, and attend church at The Church at Sterchi Hills.
